Bad Marketing
I always knew "natural was better than drugs, and I knew that most drugs were derived from natural sources and sold back to us, but I got sidetracked by toxic workplaces, acquaintances, family members. They didn't know basic scientific facts such as what their bodies needed, how much, how long, what dose, what method of delivery.
Absorption Problems
Many of us think all natural things are better, but what are the details in these things you buy, and does your body absorb them? Many new-age people promote their regimes as some kind of ritual or spiritual practice, and this is where many people get the wrong idea.
Cost of Nutrient Therapy
First, we try to demystify healthcare modalities and show you the most cost and result effective methods there are. You would be surprised we can absorb what we need and more of it by non-oral routes. If you can afford sinful food, alcohol, drugs and others you can definitely afford a healthy, long life.
Individual Metabolism & Biochemistry
Realization of biochemical individuality along with metabolism and cellular nutrition. If we imagine ourselves to be our family pet or our house plants, would we put junk in their bodies? Many times we think we are healthy but there are hidden elements at work blocking benefits of our idolized health habits.
Prevent & Treat
"1 ounce of prevention is worth 1 pound of cure" -- Chinese Proverb. Yes, prevention is even the best for your car. Doctors are slowly adopting strictly non-reductionist science. However, people like me can show you what to supplement, in different ways, to maximize absorption and let your body heal even the most controversial conditions that we are told there are no reversals for. This is done with little to no drugs and often in collaboration with your doctor's ability to write scripts and recommend acute-based science.

.. and most of us don't absorb what we need!

You may have forgotten that you are what your body absorbs! About 80% of chronic diseases are driven by lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise. Think about what you eat on a daily basis and look at your health. You probably don't see the connection between these because you don't see what is happening inside your body. You also don't know how much of the naturally-occurring substances in food that your body needs. Did you know there's a difference between the Recommended Daily Intake in that box of food you just ate, and there's an Optimal Daily Intake for you as an individual? Taking this into account would greatly improve that 80% and if you performed more testing and analysis, you would virtually eliminate a slow, painful death that most people get when they ignore their health. I myself ended up in the doctor's office because I fell out of balance and started hanging out with toxic work environments & co-workers, drinking, smoking, you name it. I basically gave up on life. Did you know that cravings are also mostly caused by your body not getting what it needs on a regular basis, at a constant level? It's not only mind over matter.

..If you can afford luxuries every month you can afford this!

I used to think all these supplements and related were only for really rich people and those who were neurotic. I knew it was important but when I was young my parents only thought 'healthy eating' was enough. They didn't know how to get proper individualized testing and who to consult to find out what I needed. As I got older I fell into an unhealthy lifestyle, didn't know which way was up or down, and was even living in terrible situations and terrible housing. I tried all sorts of things but still couldn't break out of the cycle. I found out much more about human biology by actually reading my own bloodwork and what I found was shocking: doctors aren't trained in individual cellular nutrition and metabolism. I also didn't know the full impact this had on especially my state of mind and bodily health. When I lived overseas I saw a glimpse of how much more healthy the Japanese people were and why: their medical system is much better and their doctors correct and prevent problems by using different ways to get what our bodies need including creams, tiny injections and others. The difference was dramatic!

Biochemical Individuality is Ignored by "Modern Science"

... that's mostly because it is based on the reductionist model of science which examines each individual part of your body. It treats each system separately to make it easier to diagnose and symptom manage on an acute basis. Richard Huemer reviews a book about health care reform in United States and offers his own suggestions as to how the current US system could be radically improved. It is not a typical book review. Huemer’s ideas are very much ortho-molecular in philosophy and highly provocative. He argues for “health medicine,” and asserts that by its very nature it emphasizes “biochemical individuality and the whole human being, while being inherently non-collectivist, individualistic, antithetical to the depersonalized, statistically-based, one-size-fits-all medical model under which doctors and patients suffer in common.”

Imbalances are rampant
As you can see from the statistics from Oregon University, cellular deficiencies are severe and rampant. The food supply is only part of the problem. A big part of the problem is metabolic issues brought upon by the improper use of drugs, alcohol, and prescription medications including the widespread use of 'vaccinations' based on the reductionist medical system. You can find more from them here
Imbalances
When you think about a plant or animal's body not having what it needs, it gets sick, right? The same goes for humans and it should make you ask the following question when you see someone acting strange or sick: "do we wonder why?" The sad fact is this question is not asked by doctors, but they do ask what drugs are needed to fix problems. They don't know most drugs are reverse-engineered from nature.
What does "sick" exactly mean?
What does "sick" exactly mean? Well there are many ways to look at it, but from the biological point of view it is when cells stop communicating properly, stop reproducing properly. They accumulate toxins from metabolic processes and these toxins begin to build up. One common fallacy is that you "catch a cold" but that is from 700 years ago when we burned witches for violating cultural rules. Now we know the symptoms we see of a cold are simply your body expelling those toxins. If you want to protect yourself from virtually any malady you need to keep toxin-free by strengthening your cells with what they need to do so. Your body is your immune system , but more specifically a big part of it is your small intestines which are significantly weakened as we age and as we accumulate more damage to our intestinal walls.

Even Nutrition Scientists Aren't Trained Properly!

I know of some very arrogant people who were not aware that the nutrient levels in North America are far too low to places in Japan. Yet over the years they mocked literally all nutritional-based content sayng things like "Charcoal: it's what's for dinner" because they also were not trained in non-reductionist science. Reductionist science is the mainstay of corporation agendas as well as the schools that produce these people. How long would they be in school for if they had to learn other disciplines that intersect, heavily influence and even trump their limited reductionist mindset looking for another gimmick to sell that doesn't address the whole problem?

How long would they be in school for if they had to learn other disciplines that intersect, heavily influence and even trump their limited reductionist mindset looking for another gimmick to sell that doesn't address the whole problem? From the general consensus I had I thought that's what doctors did. Like many Generation X'ers I watched a lot of television and I was fascinated by medical dramas in addition to science fiction. Going to the doctor was supposed to be about solutions, not pill-pushing symptom management without actually solving my problem. In fact, it used to be like that in many parts of the world.

Discover No Side-Effect Power of Nutrients

It's very simple: imagine your body being as though it was a dying plant. You correct the cellular nutritional imbalances by adding what it needs and it comes back to life stronger than before. You have blind faith in your doctors, but do you have the same for your car mechanic or other maintenance people? Don't be fooled by white lab coats and technical jargon.

Jacob's Study #1

This study and the above videos shows that people often start off what they think is OK mainly because they don't feel any severe symptoms but is highly likely the metabolic problems were already there but building up over the years. Made worse with regular toxin consumption by socializing with people in the same work environment and drinking alcohol, maybe smoking marijuana. Many people work in toxic work environments and doesn't have to be around dust in a construction site. It could be in an office with what we think if harmless but artificial lights and constant exposure to wireless internet signals have an impact we cannot even see! The main point is the doctors telling you everything is fine is operating on very very limited standard, very limited tests, and very limited acute mindset. It is chiefly men who take on dangerous work and are told to "suck it up, buttercup" and other slogans we repeat without realizing the fell extent of trying to conform to horrific standards that others are told is normal.

Some metabolic processes failed, that's why!

Just like when a plant or your pet gets sick, you find out what is going wrong with their bodies, environment around them. If a plant's leaves start to turn brown, fall off you start to wonder: is it getting enough sun? Is it getting enough water? Is the soil nutrient-rich to allow growth? You have to remember we share most our DNA with plants and our gut microbiome looks much like a tree root branched out. For a variety of reasons many of us have hidden absorption problems that prohibit absorption even if we think we are eating some magical healthy food. It's about consistency, dosage, quality, quantity and the same goes for what you watch on television or who you socialize with at work or elsewhere. Everything is connected. Trying to correct those absorption problems are some of the first steps, but sometimes not always possible in our toxin-filled world that block absorption such as exposure to byproducts in the drinking water all the way to what we use on our hair that we think is harmless.

What we do comes back

We love to blame the little guy and ourselves for short-cuts and trying to get something for nothing. It has to come from somewhere and someone has to expend athe energy to work to produce it for someone else to consume it. What most industralized peoples are consuming now is fake, processed food devoid of raw material our bodies need to survive. Virtually all people now are similar to hallow shells of human beings because of this. The short-cuts we take to maximize profit go back into the mouths of those taking the short-cuts. This is also true for virtually everything we consider outlandish today but was prevalent and real 200 years ago before mass consumption, mass media convincing the masses of something false.

Not some magical drug or spiritual food

Like many people, I left my health up to my doctor when it got really bad. This is mostly because already what I speak about on this site: following the 'take this for that mindset' based on a lot partial truths from marketers and people who only had 1/2 an idea of what was going on. They didn't speak about comparing the standards to other countries, spoke about cellular nutrition in a rather childish way such as the best food for your bloodtype and so on. I can't say I blame them because most of those people, like myself and virtually everyone out there, has been chewed up by the system keeping them sick. Make no mistake about it: the doctors aren't trained in proper medical techniques and they aren't given the funding to run proper tests and interpretation. Humans have been around for millions of years or more the same as plants and animals, yet they get better healthcare than we do! It has already been proven that if these levels are too low, too high, or absent that they will strongly influence manifestation of dis-ease, common colds, metabolism disorders, cavities, you name it!
