Even Nutrition Scientists Aren't Trained Properly!
I know of some very arrogant people who were not aware that the nutrient levels in North America are far too low to places in Japan. Yet over the years they mocked literally all nutritional-based content sayng things like "Charcoal: it's what's for dinner" because they also were not trained in non-reductionist science. Reductionist science is the mainstay of corporation agendas as well as the schools that produce these people. How long would they be in school for if they had to learn other disciplines that intersect, heavily influence and even trump their limited reductionist mindset looking for another gimmick to sell that doesn't address the whole problem?

Going to the doctor was supposed to be about solutions, not pill-pushing symptom management without actually solving my problem. In fact, it used to be like that in many parts of the world.
