Psycho-social
Psycho-social refers to the interactions between an individual with others in a society such as a city with their own culture as every town in every city has? This can have a major effect on what this person perceives and how he/she is perceived by others.

In places dependent on reductionist, acute, big pharma based science there is little to no sustainable help. Cost restrictions further compound the problem in hospitals which have been overstretched for decades. The main problem is that healthcare for mental health is still reduction-based and at the very minimum doesn't recognize individual cellular health. If there were less money spent on wars, perpetual national debt servitude there would be more money for real systems biology, holistic health and virtually no disease would be prevalent. There would be giant hospitals -- as we used to have not long ago -- to house those who couldn't care for themselves.
Bio-mechanical
There are many potential causes of many things when in relation to bio-mechanical issues. This term means how the joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, organs work or in many cases are broken somehow either by a fall, slip, or fracture that goes undetected and causes lots of problems. Often many things aren't tested for a variety of reasons: the biggest is cost for testing. However, if they tested it all first, properly they would have less cost in the long run! It is legendarily ridiculous that large amounts of people with legitmate physical complaints come out with a script for 'mental illness' medications (or back in the older days: lobotomies!) because the poorly equipped doctor didn't think anything was wrong. In my case I had a hiatal hernia likely since I was a child and they never ran any tests. There is no accountability.
Cellular Health
In reductionist, acute, one-size-fits-all medicine there is little to no attention or training paid to functional metabolism and cellular health.
Lifestyle choices
We're all brought up in some kind of environment with often people with different views on things shaped by their experiences and the culture they live in. Do you ever wonder how and why you make the choices you do? It's little to do with mind over matter. What matters is the health of your body and most of us are not healthy even though your doctor claims the opposite. He runs very little tests and isn't trained in testing and analyzing all of the biological functioning in his 5 to 10 minute office visits. He's mainly there to address acute and sudden problems.
He was perhaps the world’s leading social critic of the moral and scientific foundations of psychiatry, having authored more than 35 books on the subject, starting with The Myth of Mental Illness, a book which rocked the world of psychiatry upon its release more than 50 years ago. In places dependent on reductionist, acute, big pharma based science there is little to no sustainable help. Cost restrictions further compound the problem in hospitals which have been overstretched for decades. You may be thinking "what are we paying all these people who call themselves experts for if they don't know what's going on?" and that is a valid question. The answer again is they are trained in the reductionist science and the accepted practices doctors use are on average 17 to 25 years behind the latest research. It's still common that many doctors don't know about the connection between the digestive system and the brain but this was common knowledge even thousands of years ago. However in the past 5 to 6 years they have been doing a lot of catching up and it is becoming more common for doctors to accept the obvious: we aren't machines and where we spend significant amounts of time definitely influences our dietary habits and this is usually toxic work environments and toxic social circles. Even if you think you are consuming good food there may be something you are exposed to that is blocking the benefits or you may need far more of specific substances found in those foods in much, much greater amounts not obtainable only by the oral route.

Mental Health Treatment Going Holistic

Mental Health Treatment Going Holistic

Mental Health Treatment is Going Holistic in many parts of the world and avoiding nasty messages like the above image we displayed from people who are having serious problems.

Mental Health Courts Popping Up

You should look at what's going on in Alberta, Canada's 'mental health court' is doing: they are being more lenient with people who have committed crimes by being more scientific, and more holistic in the way they deal with re-integrating those who have suffered or caused others traumatic events to themselves or others. Prior to the "pandemic" other jurisdictions were going to a more holistic route rather than punitive measures that don't correct a person's biochemical and lifestyle imbalance.

Jacob's Study #1

This study and the above videos shows that people often start off what they think is OK mainly because they don't feel any severe symptoms but is highly likely the metabolic problems were already there but building up over the years. Made worse with regular toxin consumption by socializing with people in the same work environment and drinking alcohol, maybe smoking marijuana. Many people work in toxic work environments and doesn't have to be around dust in a construction site. It could be in an office with what we think if harmless but artificial lights and constant exposure to wireless internet signals have an impact we cannot even see! The main point is the doctors telling you everything is fine is operating on very very limited standard, very limited tests, and very limited acute mindset. It is chiefly men who take on dangerous work and are told to "suck it up, buttercup" and other slogans we repeat without realizing the fell extent of trying to conform to horrific standards that others are told is normal.

Some metabolic processes failed, that's why!

Just like when a plant or your pet gets sick, you find out what is going wrong with their bodies, environment around them. If a plant's leaves start to turn brown, fall off you start to wonder: is it getting enough sun? Is it getting enough water? Is the soil nutrient-rich to allow growth? You have to remember we share most our DNA with plants and our gut microbiome looks much like a tree root branched out. For a variety of reasons many of us have hidden absorption problems that prohibit absorption even if we think we are eating some magical healthy food. It's about consistency, dosage, quality, quantity and the same goes for what you watch on television or who you socialize with at work or elsewhere. Everything is connected. Trying to correct those absorption problems are some of the first steps, but sometimes not always possible in our toxin-filled world that block absorption such as exposure to byproducts in the drinking water all the way to what we use on our hair that we think is harmless.
