Many people are starting to find out that especially big tech like google and others have control over what get spresented to you in search results. The situation has been like this for many years but many didn't realize it. People are even starting to find out that there is such a thing as "fake news," but this too has been this way for decades. The information you find here is likely things you haven't heard before, but we do try to provide links to credible sources, however these sources are often-times linked as "not credible" by the very same fake news sources you have heard about.

Fact #1: Nutrition doesn't mean food & the latest fad never worked!

Nutrition doesn't mean food: it means what is inside of food, how your bodily metabolism functions (or for many doesn't); or rather what should be in there and what amounts you should be getting for your particular genetics. You’ve probably heard this before that “Doctors are not trained in nutrition,” and this is true, but again, that word doesn’t mean food! The sad thing is that is what the overwhelming majority of people think it means! Look at the cover of “health” magazines and you will probably see either a very pretty woman with food around her, or see a very muscular/athletic man in a photo. The ‘conventional’ medical schools graduate doctors who also likely think that nutrition means food, and they were taught that particular nutrients simply aren’t effective. The reality is there are 8 different routes to get substances into your body and that’s another thing we will get into. Again, nutrition is what should be inside of food in appropriate amounts because your body is made out of what your body is exposed to! This includes the technical details such as hormones, proteins, carbohydates, vitamins (not the ‘flintstone’ vitamins you are thinking of!)vitamin c content compared

For example, the typical human needs minimum 1000 mg of Vitamin C per day, but almost everyone you meet who has searched Google tells you that eating an orange is enough.  Is it really? No, it's not whatsoever.  You may see pictures like this saying up to 90 mg of ascorbic acid vitamin C per day is enough.  This is false and so are the other RDAs (recommended daily intakes).

Fact #2 Gender bias in healthcare

Numerous studies show there's a lack of attention on real, root cause medicine in general, however there exists much marketing geared toward women in the wide-ranged 'alternative healthcare' field. Not many people trust any information coming out of any healthcare field these days mostly because of apathy with all the conflicting information out there (ie: one year they say red meat causes cancer, another they say it doesn't). I was one of those people watching mostly women obsessing over healthcare (a evolutionary psychological and biological trait) along with all the conflicting information online (think of wikipedia and other marketing 'gurus' like Medical Medium and others). I knew that nutrition was important, but I thought that it meant mostly only food! I eventually gave up.

 

Fact #3 What's happening to you isn't your fault

There are many factors out there much bigger than you, and that mainly includes government-run policies concerning healthcare, banking, employment, environment, and the other big ones. Many, if not all of these, are rigged not in the "little guy's favor," but in the hands of much bigger people and organizations/corporations/government and world agencies. There are so many factors around you that you do not see, and start blaming yourself, because others are told to do the same to themselves. One poignant example is the relative difficulty of trying to find gainful employment even before the so-called pandemic. Many people simply aren’t aware that there has been a fake labour shortage occuring for more than 40 years, with employers, governments and corporations basically manipulating not only the banking and financial system, but also the labour market. That’s right: information is starting to trickle out courtesy of the internet to show proof of these above actors basically keeping wages/working condition unfavorable to the workers of the world, even in “first world countries” like Canada/USA. This is not the say joining another cartel like a union will help you. We will explain more about this in the coming sections/blog posts along with other factors working against you.

Fact #4 I was a victim of the medical industry

As we get older, we all become prey to ignorance and the blind trust we oten have for people we are told to have trust for. This often includes those like clergy, police, doctors of any kind, professors/teachers, bankers, and others in positions of “authority.” I was a victim of many things in my life, but the most egregious to me were when I was brutalized by the financial, medical, and the way men and women interact in this so-called “modern age.”

Fact #5 Most self-help content online is toxic

I used to occassionally read content from “self help” authors and found most of it to be impractical, and almost cult-like in some of their ideas and concepts. I also did not see how I could convince myself I was no longer suicidally depressed off and on since I was a child. Very similarly to how some self-proclaimed ‘medical experts’ online were telling people to drink celery juice to cure and prevent ailments, so too were the self-help gurus simply telling people to “just think positive” or meditate and pray for change in the world and yourself. I tried all of that, and even had my mother’s new Jehovah’s Witness friends come over to the house to talk to me about my situation. I still talk to those people, but I did not swallow the proverbial kool-aid.

Fact #6 There is a direct correlation between blood nutrient levels and health, cravings, mood, thinking

When I was not well with so-called “mental illness” I was also getting almost yearly common colds. I also had depression, white spots on my nails, greying hair, rough skin in some places, bumps on my scalp, and other things not tested or noticed by the doctors I had at the time. I also discovered barely 2 years ago with a newer medical doctor, that I had a hernia, and likely had it since I was born! That was causing my lack of appetite, along with smoking and other factors. You have to remember we are not products we buy at walmart, but indeed ever-changing organisms depending no various factors. According to many sources, "reductionist medicine is a direct product of Cartesian ideas about the body, specifically, he long-held view that the mind is separate from the body. The philosopher René Descartes (1596–1650) argued that the mind and body are made of totally different substances: mind is spiritual matter and body is material matter (think of so-called 'mental illness' and no cures for them?). Fact #7 Single men & women at all-time high

I’ve always thought there was something strange happening with relationships between men and women. I grew up during the 80s and 90s, and saw all sorts of propaganda on television, but back then we didn’t have internet until around 1996, but there wasn’t much information on there except more technical things and was more of a geek’s paradise (I admit I am one). Back then things were much different in that – we could say – gender roles were probably more defined. That’s not to say there wasn’t any real greivances people didn’t have – because they did. This type of strife was only beginning to come into the general public consciousness. “Women’s rights” were made popular since probably the 1960s (think the hippy revolution and so on) but there wasn’t much talk about “men’s rights.” In contrast, the idea that we have “rights” is something of a myth as you an see now with the unscientific lockdowns. Indeed, in reality what we really have are privileges granted bt the ruling economic/political class, and can be taken away easily – and they have been. What I saw in the general public consiousness and media was that men were/are the oppressors and women are the victims. What we are increasingly witnessing now is more people staying single, with greater alienation from others. Simply pick up the newspaper, watch television, or surf the web, and you will surely see more stories of “abuse by men against women” and more people divorcing without any real solutions. Here you will find explanations and solutions as to why people act the way they do, and what can be done about it.

Fact #8 Drugs used far too often, too much

Don’t get me wrong here: I’m not discounting the use of pharmaceutical drugs, and that field has a very range of functions, however, doctors today are trained mainly only on those, and haven’t trained on nutrient therapy. They scoff at the idea that nutrients could be more powerful, more cost effective, have no side effects, and think they have not been proven using double-blind studies. Indeed, they have and research since the 1950s by government-funded doctors in places such as Saskatchewan, Canada, have proven that relatively high-dose (such as intravenous/intramuscular plus oral route) act as therapeutic drugs more powerful than those found in the pharmacy. In fact, most of the pharmaceutical drugs you see in nature have been reverse-engineered from nature, made synthetic, and patented and sold to you with a script from your doctor under a brand name. One of the big reasons we can’t get enough of the nutrients we need is multi-faceted, but has a lot to do with toxins in the environment blocking cellular update of these substances (think receptors in your cells). Another is genetic variations causing massive losses of these essential substances that you doctor likely doesn’t even test for unless you are already sick (because he didn’t prevent it). We will get more into this in the following pages and sections because it can be overwhelming to digest (pun intended) this information.

The ironic, comical thing is that "snake oil" is rich in extremely beneficial and essential fatty acids such a Omega-3, but that is another story.  The fact is that the mainstream controlled media (look into media concentration) tells narratives that very often runs contrary to reality, and they do such a poor job at reporting scientific information that the ordinary layman who searches the internet is easily led into apathy.  Yes, this happened to me many times over the years, but that is until I looked at the scientific information myself and why people are getting either intramuscular or intravenous injections of nutrients such as vitamins,  minerals and other "scary" concepts to the average North American addicted to the Standard American Diet (SAD).  

The truth has been kept hidden for a long time

One such article I recently saw online while searching for a provider that could try to provide me with Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) was this article below with the following snippet:

Despite their wild popularity in recent years, there is no evidence to support IV infusions, say experts.

“There is no medical justification to infuse vitamins into a vein when you can more appropriately obtain those nutrients in your diet,” wrote Scott Gavura, a Toronto based pharmacist and blogger. “Real diseases require real treatments, not fake ones. They may look science, but the reality is that intravenous vitamin injections are modern-day snake oil.”

As you can see, Postmedia owns the Ottawa Citizen, one of the few media companies left that has purchased virtually all the media outlets and newspapers in Canada alongside with companies like Bell Media.  They are fully involved in the deception of steering you away from the truth about healthcare with disinformation propaganda like the above, disguised as balanced and fair reporting.

Here is a photo of the "pharmacist.'  It should be noted a pharmacist whose career is pushing patented drugs won't know or talk honestly about non-patented drugs called vitamins and minerals.  I run into people like this all the time in all walks of life: they have kind of an ignorance and arrogance to them, and this is not only an indicator of low brain/gut plasticity, but also willing ignorance.  It is also a form of immaturity where they refuse to grow up AND actually project their own ideas/thoughts/insecurities onto others with a cloak of being an "official" with all kinds of pieces of paper on their walls.  They keep repeating the same mantra over and over again when the evidence is staring at them right in the face.  Like we mentioned previously, many industries are being dismantled right now by huge market disruptions, and many people are fearful of their careers going down the tubes; careers based on half-truths and especially in "modern-medicine," a love of the germ model of disease that perpetuates a dying healthcare industry based on an unsuspecting public.  People like this are hired to serve as disinformation agents to confuse and obfuscate while they keep repeating the word "science," but in reality is is heavily politicized, junk science.

Here is evidence to show that simply reading the word "vitamin" or any other simple word shows there are detail behind that word, but many people have a half-witted trust in the news media largely because it is one of the few things in life that have so much power to reinforce the messages they are paid to reinforce.  As previously described, certain word become emotional images in the mind after constant repetition and unbalanced biochemistry that reinforces that though process.

Vitamin D is actually a hormone rather than a vitamin; it is required to absorb calcium from the gut into the bloodstream. Vitamin D is mostly produced in the skin in response to sunlight and is also absorbed from food eaten (about 10% of vitamin D is absorbed this way) as part of a healthy balanced diet.

The sad fact is that so-called pharmacist doesn't talk about if you body actually absorbs these nutrients from your body, and for a very large percentage of us (even if we do get the necessary foods on a regular basis) we do not absorb them!  The only way to tell is scientific testing of your blood for proper biomarkers, and as a supplement get the food tested, but that testing of the food is usually outside the range of the average person. Thankfully, you can get your blood tested properly, but absolutely do not count on only your doctor's test and his opinion, because they are not trained in nutrient levels.  They are taught in medical school that pharmacology is the main avenue for health -- but primarily for you or their wallets?  Willfully ignoring science is leading to the destruction of at least the Western world.

The situation is even much worse in Canada, with ranges much lower and set by the National Academy of Medicine (US).  Below is a reply I got from Health Canada on how the reference ranges for nutrient levels are set in Canada and they said it's from an American institution so not a surprise!

Health Canada replies with this while they actively shut down naturopathic clinics and compounding pharmacies such as this one in Vancouver! Does anyone remember the milk whistleblower scandal within Health Canada back in the 1990s?

The significance of this is that your body is not able to maintain and repair itself properly without the proper levels of nutrients among other things. Japan these levels are set much much higher and the health people there would recommend supplementation on an individual basis not a simple general idea of taking a multivitamin. people simply don't know the importance and relevance of this and seriousness!

I have actually run into many so-called "professionals" and "experts" even in the world of animal nutrition that scoff at the ideas expressed in this piece and it leads me to wonder how they obtained their qualification and career progression based on ignorance -- nepotism, "popularity factor" majorly play a role.  Today's schools are also more or less indoctrination centers and lack real critical thinking and the popular way to barely pass classes now is to use "health or mental health disability" to do so.  What about the unpopular? Adults would examine all sides and eventually see much of the unpopular (often thousands of years old) information is actually more relevant and efficient/useful than the contemporary popular ideas. This is indeed how far gone people are that they even ignore reality and scientific evidence contained in this article! Indeed, If you watch this video where one of the doctors states that he has also run into "experts" who claim that nutrient therapy doesn't work, but that they had not tried it. How would they know it didn't work if they haven't tried it? That is the kind of double-think and contradictory cognitive dissonance we see and hear on a daily basis. They would and do even ignore this evidence to their own detriment as I have seen these same people complaining about the suffering they are having with their own conditions they developed!

Here you see Dr. Micheal Janson who practices orthomolecular medicine (many names for it, but they use drugs sparingly until biochemistry is balanced), MD saying that he heard from many so-called professionals who say nutrient therapy doesn't work, but they haven't tried it, so how can they know it doesn't work?

As you can see, they do not delve into the scientific information such as the measurements, or the rationale from previously-mentioned orthomolecular medicine which proves that these treatments work alongside "standard" pharmaceutical-based treatments OR completely and entirely on their own, with no side effects. 

One such missing piece of information you don't see on these hit-piece articles disguised as fair and balanced, is that how much healthier and long-lived the Japanese and other countries are that have healthcare systems focused on prevention.  Generalizing entire nations is never an easy task, but when you compare healthcare systems between North America and Japan, especially the blood measurement standards, you will see the big difference in how they prevent diseases! 

One such method your government-funded doctor uses is what is called the "Reference Range" of values for a particular biomarker (think B12, homosysteine, and other articles you see a typical blood report).

Have you ever looked at your own blood work or tried to understand how your doctor (if you have one) actually determines if your blood work values are normal or not? Chances are virtually none of you have, and I used to be like that, but what go me into reading my own bloodwork (and it's not hard) was a health problem I had that was virtually rendering me disabled.  The solution was extremely simple, but not commonly known among the "conventional" medical community (and there's not much conventional about them).

Contrary to popular belief: not everything is on Google!

Or if it is on search engines like Google, the data is buried deep within search rankings.  If you even know what to look for, the chances of you finding said important information is extremely slim.  Here is scientific proof that the above-mentioned treatments work, however they only mention vitamin B12, and not the dozens of others in your body alongside with minerals, amino acids and the other building blocks of your body to heal itself:

As a statement made by one of the leaders in vitamin B12 field more than 10 years ago, Carmel’s idea of “cobalamin deficiency should not be diagnosed unless megaloblastic changes are found’ is still followed by many physicians and health authorities when accepting B12 deficiency diagnosis.1 But as time goes by, evidence and clinical cases showed that B12 deficiency symptoms can be seen even when B12 level in blood is within the reference range, as 200 – 900 pg/mL in the United States,2 and 135-650 pmol/L in Australia.3 In clinical practice, signs and symptoms of B12 deficiency start when plasma B12 levels are ‘normal’, and long historical studies showed that neurological symptoms of deficiency occur in patients without sign of anaemia. As a matter of fact, Japan raised its B12 reference range to 500 – 1300 Pmol in 1980s.

It clearly shows that the people with what is called "sub optimal" levels of nutrients will statistically, a certain percentage of the time, be borderline disease prone.  Why did Japan raise their reference range levels much higher in the 1980s? It is because they discovered the power of prevention and realized keeping nutrient levels much higher would be tremendous cost-savings on their society and healthcare system in general, as well as preventing most of the addictions and "dis-eases" we see on the streets of North American every day.

 Why do people get or need vitamin shots? VItamins more powerful than drugs & no side effects

First of all, the word "vitamin" and "nutrition" has become perverted over the decades, and made trivial by images of slices of oranges, flintstone vitamin tablets for children, and previously-mentioned gender bias and over-representation of women in the wide-ranging alternative medical field.  We're already described it, but in this upside down, polar opposite and polarizing world we live in, it should be the opposite at least for orthomolecular healthcare.  The latter should be called "conventional" medicine, and today's doctors practicing "conventional" medicine should be called the "alternative" healthcare practitioners because your body doesn't have man-made patented pharmaceutical drug deficiencies, but it does for 9 out of 10 people, nutrient imbalances and deficiencies.  This requires a little more study on your part to fully realize what I am saying here, but most of you will probably simply scoff at what is said here because you still have that hard-programmed set of apathetic instructions coded into you.

When your body has developed a "condition" or "dis-ease" that your primary GP has "diagnosed" that means that not much action was taken to prevent that condition.  That is when they usually prescribe you a pill or one of their treatments that has a high likelihood of getting rid of the problem, but those drugs and treatments (usually surgery) is part and parcel of the long-term problem in that down the road, another problem will popup because of the side effects of removal of an organ.  Your body is dependent on all systems being balanced or in "homeostatis" just like a plant and animal's cellular structure is dependent on food, water, sunlight, and humans not much more complex than they are in the biochemical aspect.  Large doses of vitamins by oral and intravenous/intramuscular has already been proven to be more effective in cost and long-term effect because there are no side effects compared to the use of drugs.  IT has already been proven that the majority of those drugs that are dispensed by a pharmacist have been reverse-engineered from nature and sold back to us, just like the government takes your god-given right to travel, fish, or anything else, and sells it back to you in form of a license.  It is a way to restrict and manipulate the natural order of supply and demand for various purposes, usually for monetary and societal control in the name of a nebulous termed "common good."

Second, we have to realize certain body-native (natural) chemical essential in your body are not always made by your body itself, and requires external sources.  Some of these also do not stay in your body very long as they are water-soluble, while others are fat soluble and stay in your body much longer.  There are also certain native-body chemicals your body has and needs that aren't always available immediately to your body even if standard blood tests are showing all is normal.  For instance, there is free and total testosterone; just simply testosterone as most people say out there.

Many of the "experts" we see talking in the media do not come from a background to validate their claims, but in all their arrogance, they claim the opposite and say they are well-versed.  How would anyone know any different, and why would we question the so-called experts with all of their university education and experience? As you can see, there are many societal problems not being rectified by these "experts' so that is leading people to seek real solutions, and putting the above-mentioned avatars of health in question.  The mention there "isn't much evidence" to support the claims being made by nutritional experts, so where is the evidence?  Sadly, real solutions do not generate the trillions of dollars needed in the short-term to fund the investors who own these pharmaceutical companies.  Do you actually think that the people who own these companies would use the same polar, biased drug-only solutions on their children? It would be surprising to find out that most of them do, primarily because their minds are stuck on the short-term profit mindset, while countries like Japan are not: ancient countries like those are much different in their societal mindset.

The proof is above, and in the people of countries such as Japan, where they live much longer, healthier lives.  The proof is in their medical systems where they already figured all of this out from thousands of years of empirical data and experience.

How can your doctor prevent smoking, eating junk food, unhealthy relationships/environments?

Balancing body chemistry is usually one of the first steps to be taken because when you have a clear mind and body, relatively devoid of toxins, you will be able to make better decisions and have healthier people and environments around you.  Scientific studies have already shown that nutrient imbalances and deficiencies lead and influence people to crave junk food, sugar, alcohol, drugs and toxic relationships, and a dis-ease cycle develops which eventually leads to some form of dysfunction in the body and an eventual prescription of drugs and crude treatments that further exacerbates the root cause issues that were not addressed.  What usually happens these days when you get back pain, have trouble sleeping, are depressed and other more superficial conditions develop?  Back 10-20 years ago opioids were one of the first-line 'treatments' for pain management, but if they were trained in nutrients, they would see that opioids could be used in the short-term with little to know risk of long-term dependency. However, now that so many of us are imbalanced at least biochemically, our chances of developing a dependence on very chemically addictive drugs such as opioids increases exponentially, and thus why we see so many fear-mongering stories in the media about opioid dependence and death (among other things).  The similar to same could be said about the modern, industrial society maladies such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease.
