.. but I wasn't always this way. Let me tell you what I mean:
I too was confused with all of the medical information online from an early age, from mostly friends, family and others, but recently -- over 20 years with a drastic explosion in realization in the past 5 years-- found the truth. Mostly everything I hear from people these days regarding (but not limited to healthcare) are endless, meaningless cliches as if a robot were repeating over and over.
Doctors aren't trained in root cause science
For almost my entire life I suffered from mainly being underweight, having extreme bouts of sadness. I also had other symptoms but whenever I mentioned these singular symptoms to doctors the simply brushed them off and dismissed my own self-research I found online but also in libraries. They just said It was "growing pains" and others, but they were very happy to prescribe medications for these symptoms. I just ignored them until about 31 years old. I ignored them because I saw how they only prescribed drugs, but I knew a lot of what alternative medical people was accurate, but I saw people around me talking about singular things like "Chinese cupping," "Accupunture," but I didn't see their personalities or looks get any better.
